Virtual and In Person Personal Training Sessions

30 minutes: $35
45 minutes: $40
60 minutes: $60
Hi, I currently have 3 sessions available for Virtual and In Person Personal Training.

I have a 30 minute session for $35, the session is quick, so I'd recommend you warming up prior to the session. We will start working on your fitness goals right away. This is perfect for beginners.

The 45 minute $40, this will include a short warm up and cool down. This is recommended if you think a 45 minute session is too much and a 45 minute session is just right. This is perfect for intermediate and advanced individuals.

The 60 minute session is an hour session, for $60. This is the most popular session as it includes a warm up, workouts to help you reach your goals, and a cool down. It allows enoughs enough time for you to reach your goals. This is great for all fitness levels including advanced individuals. 

 

There is an additional charge for travel fees, that can be discussed later. Nutrition services are available as well, which are discussed down below. For Personal Training and Nutrition Packages please refer to the section below.

Hi this service is for individuals who need help preparing meals, such as meal prep, and or meal plans to fit their nutrition needs. Whatever the situation may be, I will be able to provide it for you.

Currently, my Pretty Buff Bod Recipe E-Book is available upon request. A physical mini binded version of the recipe book is available as well.

Other monthly recipe packs are available and the are all White Label Nutrition. They are for all diet types including Low Carb, High Protein, and High Fat Diets such as the Custom Keto Diet. If you need Vegan or Vegetarian  options please let me know.

Zumba Fitness In Person and On Demand Classes

30 minutes: $5

Zumba Fitness Virtual Classes have arrived with an On Demand option!

$5, 30 min classes.

$10, 60 min classes. 

Each class includes a Warm Up, Center Work which includes Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, and Cumbia Dances and a Cool Down.

THE PURPOSE OF THE WARM-UP IS TO:

•Increase core temperature.
•Gradually prepare the muscles and joints for the movements that will follow.
•Prevent damage to the skeletal muscle, connective tissue, and heart.
•Increase blood flow.
•Lubricate the joints.
•Prepare major supporting muscles including. the calf, lower back, and hamstrings.
Begin a gradual cardio increase.
Introduce moves.

THE PURPOSE OF THE COOL DOWN IS TO:

•Allow the body to gradually transition from a state of exertion to a state of rest or near-rest.
•Gradually decrease the heart rate. Gradually decrease the body temperature.
•Prevent a sudden stop and prevent blood pooling:
•Stretch the muscles for flexibility as well as to prevent cramping or future injury.
•Transition from large muscle movements to smaller muscle movements.
   

Join me in 2 Zumba Classes each week for a month, classes start in May.
